K Desktop Environment for Windows Platforms

Hi,
I'm a little neewbie with Linux, but I would really want try the K 
Desktop Environment on my Windows Xp platform.
I have some problems when doing the third step in the installasion process:
How do I create a file list?
Is the "find /opt/qt/3.3 /opt/kde3.4 -name '*.dll' >/tmp/files.lst" what 
I write in in the filelist-file?
And what does "bin\ash bin/rebaseall -b 0x61000000 -v -T tmp/files.lst " 
mean?
