Installed KDE 3.4 snapshot, but KDE will not start

I hve followed all the instuctions, but KDE does not start.

No matter if I use the "simple" or the "full desktop" startup, I basically
see nothing. Except kdeinit is using ~50% of processor all the time. I can
start xload fine, but not kate or konsole.


These are the files I installed:

I get the following output:
