Contribution to KDE on Windows

Hello everybody,

I'd like to contribute in any way to porting KDE towards Windows. I do
have som programming skills (not more than that ;-) ) but not in C++. I
do have a Windows box and a C++ compiler so maybe I can help testing. If
any of you has other suggestions / hints, I'd like to hear them.
