Applet Problems

It seems that the kicker cant start these three applets: Desktop Previewer & Pager applet Taskbar applet System Tray Applet I am using the newest cygwin available for download and followed the steps in http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/README What is wrong and what should I do to get them started?
