KDE does not work properly

Hi

I installed KDE on Cygwin just like it said iin the instructions.
KDE starts up but it can not load the taskbar or anything else. You just 
have a desktop with ''My Computer'' and the trash can on it and you cant 
do anything.

I have no idea what to do now. Please help me.
