problem installing kde-cygwin

Hi!,

I am following the this:
http://webdev.cegit.de/snapshots/kde-cygwin/kde/kde3.4/
and I get stuck after step 3. After rebaseall I try to launch cygwin (I
closed it because it said it was important *ALL* cygwin processes must be
stopped) and it will not open.
I fact it opens but immediately closes again so I cannot launch kde as
demmanded in the beggining of step 4.
I don't know either how to get more imformation about why the cygwin window
closes so fast.

Any help will be appreciated.

PS: Just for info, I already had cygwin working for long time and I decided
to install KDE in order to install Kile later.
