String freeze exception for Krita 5.2 branch

Dear translators,

We have made an exception for the string in the stable branch to add four
new strings:

This change is quite important for tablet users, so we decided to backport
it. The strings are just combo-box strings showing the current mode of the
touch painting support.

Btw, should we probably remove the context from these strings and make them
somewhat reusable/sticky? What do you think?

PS:
In the upcoming 5.2.13 release we will just use a dirty sticky string hack
to make the strings translatable (with a little bit of downgrading in
functionality), so there is no haste necessary:
