String freeze exception request to clarify string for Plasma 6.7

Hi, 
I would like to request a string freeze exception for 
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/9230
It doesn't change the actual user-visible string, just the context. The reason 
is the English string might be misinterpreted when viewed standalone and I 
already saw a mistranslation.
