1- Drag an image into a folder with images.
2- Try to drop it over one of the images in the folder.

Result:
It shows a "prohibited circle emoji" and doesn't allow the images to be
dropped.

Expected Result:
These files being non-interactable shouldn't prevent the images from being
dropped into the folder.
