That depends on your setting in Settings/Editor. If Enter is configured to=
=20
insert end-of-line, you have to press Ctrl+Enter to insert new paragraph (a=
nd=20
here: new item).
If Enter inserts end-of-paragraph, pressing Enter should be enough.

I know that Enter is standard, but then many people complained about Enter=
=20
instering new paragraph instead of new line...
