Usecase: You have an account with 1 Kolab Addressbook and want to delete the default contacts ressource. - Remove it in Kaddressbook - Shutdown Kontact - delete ~/.kde/share/apps/kabc/std.vcf - Start Kontact -> A new ressource "ressource" is created.
