I'm looking int flash plugins just now.
One flash er, subsystem in development now is gnash, which has a "klash" 
kpart, which should be easy to use in konqueror embedded.

What is not good about it is that it depends on OpenGL and a bunch of Gtk+ 
dependencies. It looks like the rendering backend can be rewritten. The 
engine itself is written in C++.
