KDE Applications 15.07.80 & Kopete 1.6.80

Hello! Yesterday (July 15, 2015) was Dependency Freeze (see [1]) for KDE Applications 15.08. I increased version of Kopete to 1.6.80 as preparation for version 1.7.0 which will be released with 15.08. Please note that July 22, 2015 is Freeze. If you want to commit some big changes, new features or changes in l10n strings, you have few days. After that only bugfixes are allowed. I will continue to increasing Kopete version for KDE Applications. My idea is to release version 2.0.0 when Kopete will be fully compatible with KDE Frameworks 5. Before that we will stay with current 1.X.Y scheme.
