Hi, Updated autoconf & automake but the problem's still the same :-(( BUT... the Mandrake's version of autoconf 2.52... "is meant to coexist w/ autoconf 2.13 (for backward compatibility); to that end, the various binaries are actually linked to a script wich decides wich version to execute. It tries to be clever and execute 2.5x if 'configure.ac' is present, or if 'configure.in' contains AC_PREREQ and the value's 3 first letters are stringwise greater than '2.1'. You can also select it manually by providing the environment variable WANT_AUTOCONF_2_5 set to '1' (use WANT_AUTOCONF_2_1 if you want the 2.13 version)." I don't know how to set this env. var. so I can't try to force the use of v2.52, may you help me please ? Try to update them. I use autoconf 2.52 and automake 1.5 Andreas -- -------------------------------------------------- Andreas Zehender, Dipl. Ing.
