Sorry, I don't get you. If every script has to backup the data it will 
modify during animation, every script must own a function reset_scene. 
And the scriptwriter (user) has to know every single attribute, the 
script has to backup. If he forgot one the scene is broken -> reload or 
undo may help.

ok. Then we could do something like I-Frames. just an idea ... don't 
slap me ;-)
