New to CVS :-(

Hi all,
 
Sometimes I feel really dumb :-((
 
I’ve never used CVS before, so this morning I wanted to try the latest
features of kpm… I downloaded winCVS (don’t fire me please, for the
moment that’s all I have to access the Internet), but I couldn’t access
kpm repository… :-\\
So… could someone be kind enough to help me connecting or even send me a
compressed snapshot… PLEASE
