questions about moving window on kwin wayland

Hello, everyone! I'm developing a capture tool for KDE using qt6. I want to
implement a feature of pin pictures, and I want the window of fixed pic can
be moved to the right place automatically. So, is there a DBus or api to
move window on KWin wayland? I have read the API documentation(
https://api.kde.org/) and didn't find a useful api.
