Status of Quanta + for KDE 4

Just wondering if kdewebdev/Quanta+ is still being maintained, and if it 
will be migrated to KDE 4.  Just upgrading to Mandriva 2009.1 (and 
KDE4.2) and not finding kdewebdev in the rpms.  Any guidance?
