How to switch off parsers (document structure and tag editor) ???

Hi, i would like to switch off the parsers that build the "Document
Structure" and the "Tag Editor" 'cause I don't use them and sometimes
they slow down my work...

I have even opened a wish, but now I'm asking you if there is a way to
do switch off the parses, even by editing configuration files...
