Tags are an option, but you also have colour labels, ratings, or the pick 
labels  (the three flags red, yellow and green). 

It all depends on how you work, and how well metadata transfer back from 
rawtherapee (I'd prefer setting the flag in rawtherapee, especially if you use 
a "partly done" level)
