I've been looking for a way to rename a large number of files. I thought I would try this with the Batch Queue Manager. While I can specify the desired name changes in the lower LH pane, I cannot launch the batch without assigning at least one tool, which I have no need to do, as I only need to rename. Is there a trick to make this work, i.e. something like a null tool assignment? I do realize that I can also use filters to select my targets and then just rename the entire selection. However, batch allows me multiple threads. -- George Koulomzin 7 Bridge Hill Lane, PO Box 781 Bridgehampton, NY, 11932 (m) 914-393-6179 (h) 631-537-4956 [email protected]
