Table view possibilities

I am a new user and I wish to use Digikam to index/catalogue family photos.

I would like to send a listing to the family for them to add information 
about a photo so that I can then input that to the database.

The information I want to record for a photo is:

People depicted

Place

Keywords

Caption

I can do this in Digikam but I want to find the best way to output that 
data alongside a thmbnail that I can send to friends and family. Html 
would seem to be the best option. HTML gallery using Details theme looks 
good but there is no obviouw to customise the layout.

The table view is just about right but I cannot see how to export or 
print that.

Is there a way to export the table view and possibly change some of its 
parameters?
