in dual boot configurations (Linux plus Windows) there can be an issue with=
=20
changing time display.

My new Laptop was delivered with Win 11 and I left it on a minimized=20
partition - you never know, if you need it. In daily usage I use Debian and=
=20
it runs fine. For a check I started up Win 11 and since then Debian/Linux=
=20
is 1 hour in advance (TZ Berlin).
=20
The reason is that Win stores time in local time while Linux stores it in=
=20
UTC. There are 2 options to fix this:
1. apply a registry hack in Win to use UTC
2. change timedatectl in Linux to local.

Option 1. is said to be the favoured solution. Find a better explnation=20
