Yeah. Another little thought - to remove ambiguity, how would people feel 
about having:

- KDE Application Platform (the KDE Platform as defined above)
- KDE Development Platform (as above)

You need to the Application Platform to run any of our apps; you only need the 
Development Platform if you want to do development.

I'll ignore how that contradicts my earlier comments about 'KDE Platform' 
being nice and short :-)
