For the majority of the audience, "KDE Application Platform" doesn't
really add much to "KDE Platform". Drawing the distinction
"Application" makes sense relative to "Development". For most
endusers, I think that adding "Application" would confuse more than
enlighten. Developers understand SDK, IDE, Development Platform. The
distinction will make sense to them.
