Distinguishing the audiences might help this messaging. Of the people
reading the KMyMoney announcement (and most other Dot articles), only
a small subset will relate to "the platform for developing KDE
programs". Most Dot readers are interested in applications. There are
other communication channels where the KDE Development Platform should
be featured. Some Dot articles--those relating to developing for the
KDE Platform--could also feature "The KDE Development Platform".
