Keeping http://www.kde.org/contact/representatives.php up to date

Hi, i think it makes sense to make sure 
http://www.kde.org/contact/representatives.php is up to date

So someone with time should go through 
http://www.kde.org/contact/representatives.php mail all the dudes there, make 
sure they answer back and ask them if their data is still correct and if they 
still want to be there.

What do you think?
