Well, in part it *does* matter. If Nokia releases Qt 5.0, breaking binary 
compatibility, and we want to use its new features, we'll have to break BC as 
well, and that would -- in the current world order -- warrant a major version 
number update, i.e. to Plasma 5.x etc.
