Do we release SC or not?

If you look at http://kde.org/ you see that from 4.4.5 to 4.5.0 you changed 
the way of talking about the whole (SC vs Development Platform, Applications 
and Plasma Workspaces 4.5.0) and from 4.5.0 to 4.5.1 it was changed again.

This is so bad it's starting to get silly.
