So to go back to Albert's point, the 4.5.1 announcement on the www site 
shouldn't be:

"KDE Software Compilation 4.5.1 released" 

but rather:

"KDE Releases Development Platform, Applications and Plasma Workspaces 4.5.1"

or even something like

"KDE releases first maintenance update for 4.5 series of products"

Right?
