+1 Stu. Go on ;-)

 Now we are dealing with releasenotes and such...it would be nice to
have a (new) schedule for when releasenotes are send to
translation-teams. With 4.5 it didn't go well cause of many reasons
(nobody to blame, tnx Sebas :D) but it brought a lot of stress to
many.

Maybe we can use the releaseplan for software. After the freeze we
could get start writing right?
