The thing is, not everyone out there is reading this mailing list or taking 
part in meetings. When you announce it eventually, the content should be clear 
and correct. A QA thing, I guess.

Now it seems like a forth and back of using terms and causing confusion to 
outsiders, imho.

Actually I meant the German community (thanks for that feedback anyway),  
example headline:

- KDE SC 4.5 mit Kubuntu Paketen erschienen

without mentioning Plasma Workspace ord KDE Applications. Of course, we're 
going to adjust this in future...
