sounds good to me.

the move from "trying to talk about everything at once, poorly"[1] to "trying 
to tell people why they should care"[2] is important, if a little dificult for 
us to get our minds around it at first :)

and if we have journalists that "require" the "all in one shot" approach, we 
can also do an "SC" announcement, but imho those should be short, boilerplate 
and boring, and not the lead item on the dot or our blogs. i think those 
announcements would be mostly for our distributio partners, though, so they 
get the appropriate "heads up". partern communication versus marketing 
(something else i'd like us to eventually disentangle from each other.. but 
one step at a time, right?)
