No, that's this thread, isn't it? I'm confused ;-) The doc itself was too 
accumulate ideas in one place rather than have them scattered in separate 
emails and get to a proposal that we can fine tune - that's where I think we 
are now and the proposal is at the top of that doc to be developed/tweaked as 
required.

I was referring to the "do we release SC or not?" thread, where most of the 
discussion about branding and release announcements has been taking place.
