The difficulty with this approach is that typos are only one element
of editing. Considerable editing has been done already on the document
in GoogleDocs. Later, more content was added, but I don't think that
it was closely edited.

Of the 8 sections in the TOC, only the first, "communicate", has been
brought into a publishing format. So presumably the text is being
imported from somewhere not in publishing format, probably from
GoogleDocs.

Desktop publishing applications are not supportive of the kind of
editing that appears to be needed. Typos or other minor suggestions
(for example, eliminate a space between the end of a sentence and its
punctuation mark) would be easily communicated. Rewording awkward
sentences or paragraphs into the smooth language of a marketing
booklet wouldn't be as easy.

This booklet should be as polished and elegant as possible. It should
demonstrate KDE quality.

I really don't want to dampen anyone's enthusiasm or disparage
anyone's contributions. I am related to my inspiration from reading
aseigo's recent post to this list about "The why of KDE".

Isn't it possible to retain the layout and design of the booklet and
then flow content into it? Could we establish the current version on
GoogleDocs as a baseline for the final draft and edit it mercilessly?
