So what?
What is the news of 4.5.2? What is it about 4.5.2 that is newsworthy?
What does the development team view as the lead item(s) in the
release? "We are proud of the latest release because _______________?

Who cares?
Who is the audience? How is 4.5.2 going to affect them? What about
4.5.2 would get them to put down their Twitter and read the release
article?

I can't find decent information about 4.5.2. But someone surely knows
what could be featured. Is there a place where this type of
information is documented? Would someone please post such information
here? From that we can create a proper announcement.

I agree with you Stu. If we're going to do something with the ongoing
release announcement conversation, why wait?
