Writer needed to promote interesting project using KDE software

Hi all,

Please read the email below from Cornelius regarding an interesting project he 
has discovered - to build a computer system targeted very much at end users 
that is going to be using a KDE workspace.

We'd like a volunteer to write Dot article about this. You can choose how 
you'd like to do it, but at it's easiest you just need to send a set of 
questions to the guy in charge of the project (we can give you his email 
address, do an introduction for you if you like) and then submit those 
questions and answers, with a brief introduction, to the Dot.

We can provide guidance on questions (or just have a look at a recent 
interview [1] - this one would probably focus more on Plasma Desktop). If 
you're not sure if your English is good enough, we can help with that - but it 
probably is fine anyway.

If you're interested or have questions, reply to the list. Or, if you prefer, 
you can contact me privately with questions (I'll be away this weekend so 
might take a few days to respond).

This is not a big commitment and there's no real deadline, so it could be an 
ideal entry into the wonderful world of KDE promotion :-) Previous 
contributors also very welcome, of course.

Hi marketing team,

I would like to introduce you to Robert Konopka. He is one of the founders of 
Xompu (http://xompu.de). His company is currently working on a carefree 
computer targeted at end users, who don't want to be bothered with 
maintenance, administration, or any other of these issues. The concept is 
based on NX terminal services, and is using a KDE desktop. This is an 
interesting project, and some collaboration could be beneficial for both, 
Xompu and KDE.

I think it would be interesting to cover this project, e.g. in an interview 
for the dot. It's a new and innovative use of bringing KDE to end users. So 
I'm sure it would make a nice story.

Who would be interested in following up with this? Other ideas how we could 
cover this are of course welcome as well.
