Sorting out the wiki

Hey,

community.kde.org/Promo has become a bit of a mess with things in very odd 
places (e.g. a list of our social media channels under 'materials'...). If I 
want to find something in there, I use Google, but often that doesn't work 
either :-(

So, I think it needs rearranging, which I will do (help welcome). Redirects 
will be set up to avoid breakage of any incoming links.

I've made an etherpad [1] documenting the current pages (that I can find by 
following links in the wiki) and where i think they should go, giving us a few 
basic sections:

-Get involved
-Guidance
-Materials
-Events
-People
-Dot

In which 'Guidance' is the biggest - makes sense since it should be where we 
record ways of doing things to avoid repetitive discussion.

So if you care/object check out the etherpad document and make 
observations/changes directly. I don't know when I'll get around to actually 
implementing changes, but hopefully start within the next couple of weeks.
