There was a brief bit of chat on the marketing list. Basically, my position is 
that I don't have time to organise (or even attend, likely) a get together for 
a few months. Of course, I'd be happy for someone else to organise, even if I 
could not attend ;-)

So I proposed aiming for a meeting around April time. That does not help us 
with the 4.6 releases, but would be a good time to get things in place for the 
desktop summit - have a really good set of leaflets to hand out, try and get 
the booklet done if not finished by then and make a kick-ass press pack.

Yes, the team-building bit is vital. That also raises the question of where, 
so we need to poll and see where everyone is and then go for a venue. If it's 
not massively more expensive I'd like us to consider going out of Europe 
across that big bit of water to the west since there are several people now 
based that way (including south America peeps) but we'll have to see if that 
is practical.

would like to help out with this? ;-)
