Well, as Anne-Marie said there is KDevelop who was rewritten from scratch. And there are also KOffice and Amarok from what I remember. Don't remember anything else... Just another advice : In my view, it's better to present few things but to highlight them well rather than quoting a lot of stuff and risking to confuse your audience. But 1 hour is quite long so you may have the time to present a lot of things... It's up to you to find the right balance between to much and not enough.
