Re: KDE presentation

Hi,

It was me who oriented Kiril to this list (from IRC) :)

Not sure about what apps have been totally rewritten, I don't think there are 
any as such in official modules. But you could present the various subprojects 
of KDE like KDE-Edu (new programs Cantor and Rocs, KDE has several high level 
student oriented programs for Science). You can also mention KDevelop. Marble 
also is a good pick if you have it. 

You can also mention in the conclusion that KDE works closely with GNOME 
through FreeDesktop standards for example and that they will hold a joined 
conference in AUgust 2011 in Berlin!

During your talk you can ask your audience if they know KDE 4, if they already 
saw the desktop, and such. Adressing the audience from time to time is a good 
thing and if you can make them laugh once or twice it's even better!
