The reorganised wiki will have a materials area with downloads all in one place and advice on giving presentations, holding release parties etc. Google Code In is also helping to get some of this stuff into shape - new kde software demo cd for download (in progress) and someone has just volunteered to make us a slide show and some introductory screencasts - the kinds of things that make it much easier for busy people to quickly put together a KDE presentation for a local audience > and organizational helpers (like organizing a > "present KDE in your local community" campaign).
