Including "develop" captures a major aspect of KDE work. "To be
efficient" plays nicely with "to make things easy".

Yeah, this works better. "We are not free" is inaccurate. That phrase
doesn't work even though it's followed by words that clean it up.

I imagine that this phrase would actually be said (or punctuated to be read)
"We are free"
[slight pause]
"Not because we chose"
> we choose because we are free.

Actually all these ending phrases work with slight pauses messing
around with and extending the meaning, pulling the listener/reader in,
ambiguity. I love this "And so can you... ... Be free. ... ... Choose
KDE."
