Not available for release notes editing

Hi all,

I've decided to only do the technical, direct part of the upcoming 4.6.0 
announcement. This means:

- I'm happy to do last-second editing of the text when it's on the web
- I'll coordinate with Dirk the exact point in time of the release
- I'll be there to push the final button and send out info to the press
- I'll not work on the release notes or feature guide itself

This is mainly due to a lack of motivation and time-better-spent-elsewhere gut 
feeling.
