Page 17: inset: proper quotes on "Only create image" and "Burn".

Page 18: fix BSD reference and match with page 30 inset: something like
Currently:
If you use Linux or Unix [BSD? ~i#], KDE has soft-
ware to provide your basic working environment.

Suggestion: "If you use Linux, FreeBSD, or Solaris, KDE has software to
provide your basic working environment. (KDE applications are also
available on Windows and Mac OS X.)"

Page18: suggest including reference to upcoming plasma mobile. Current
sentence:
"Additional Workspaces are in development."
Suggestion: "Additional Workspaces, such as Plasma Mobile, are in
development."

Page 19: fix quotes:
Inset - change "other widget's" to "other widgets' ", and fix ' on
"plasma's".
Text: fix quotes for "Newspaper", "Application" and "Applications".
Currently:

With the click of a button, you can choose between
two desktop views: the „Newspaper“ and „Applica-
tion“ layouts. The „Newspaper“ view displays your
choice of widgets showing web pages, news feeds,
pictures, weather reports and more. The „Appli-
cations“ view includes a launcher with commonly
used applications and a search box to find others.
Applications are launched full screen to make the

Tips and Tricks: remove comma "The technology behind plasma allows" not
"plasma, allows".

Para 1, Widgets Everywhere, fix quote on it's.

Box: "Unlock widgets" rather than „Unlock Widgets“

Page 21:
fix quotes in text, boxes, and side.

Page 21: Activities paragraph, insert "on": "or you need a different set of
widgets depending *on* what you are working on? "

Alternatively, consider this rephrasing of the sentence:
"or you need a different set of widgets for different work?"

Page 22: fix quotes on "virtual desktop".

Page 23: restructure sentence: " Quickly, a community grew around this
effort." to "A community soon grew around this effort."

Page 23: fix sentence in 2nd paragraph. Currently, ends with:
[...] user support, and, most importantly, KDE appreci-
ates and involves its users. All kinds of people are
involved--an 18-year-old student from India, a 32- [...]

Suggestion: "user support. Most importantly, KDE appreciates and involves
its users. All kinds of people participate -- [...]"

Page 24: suggest a heading before bullet list of Values.

Page 25: box on KDE e.V.: fix quotes.

Page 26: fix quotes in text.

Page 27: rename heading "What is in it for me?" to "What's in it for me?"
Page 27: don't truncate website link (jointhegame).

Page 32: change "applets" to "widgets" in first sentence for consistency.
"Plasmate is the dream tool for writing Plasma ap-
plets. "

Page 33: Change "KDE4 tutorials" to "KDE tutorials"

Page 34: suggest not truncating any text by that big box.

Page 35: fix apostrophes in box.

Page 36: fix apostrophe in world's.

Also, I'll repeat comments elsewhere that the screenshots could look better
- the content is fine, but somehow they don't look good in the PDF file..
maybe it's quality or non-ratio resizing?

Finall,y I don't know what's going on with the quotes/apostrophes - some of
them appear as commas, others are inverted from how they should be. I have
tried to identify specific page numbers to make that easier to fix.

Overall, I want to say, GREAT JOB. The booklet looks superb, and I'm really
impressed by the way Felix and Damien (and others, I know, but those two
names come to the top of my mind right now) have picked up the project.

It's really close now guys, keep proof-reading and working away at it.

Best,
Vivek
