Southampton is listed under venues - the specifics of airports etc above should 
also be added of course, when it's a firm proposal (which it now is, I'll 
mail/add details later today)

If we have multiple viable offers we could vote. At the moment we have offers 
from Southampton and Wisconsin-Madison. The latter is probably not going to be 
viable because it would cost a lot to get the majority EU based attendees over 
there.

Yep, so I'll come back with Southampton details, set up a page on the wiki for 
you to estimate your travel costs, look at accommodation options and then put 
a proposal to the board with estimated costs for a budget - unless there are 
competing offers coming in or major objections to Southampton.
