Hi, It's a bit off topic, but does KDE uses any project management software (PMS)? something like http://lighthouseapp.com or teamworkpm.net? The main benefits of using PMS: * Mensurability - gives reports about recent performance. * Time saver - Just count how many total hours/year are wasted to arrange tagging of single milestone by email (including the one used to read it) * PIM integration - iCal support * All in one solution - for tagging, feature discussions, todo's, file sharing etc. * Easy task ownership managment * Visual feedback - helps to understand data faster * New contributors friendly - easy to browse history, find relevant info. If not, its high time to start using one. The big question is must it be FOSS or paid options are also considered? From my short experience there is a huge gap in quality between free and commercial services in this area. As far as i looked paid versions averages between 30-100 $/month, but as non-profit/FOSS organization KDE should get substantial discount or even free accounts. My personal choice is http://www.teamworkpm.net/ - one of the best GUI's around, haven't missed any feature. Also offers special deals for non-profits. If there is no objections, can we try to officially arrange an inquiry to them. First to try on promo, and if we can see benefits suggest all KDE SC projects to use it, if wanted.
