About JS plasmoids.
Plasma would probably need to be capable with one of main JS frameworks,
like jQuery. The problems with different browser vendors (damn you IE) made
JS devs very defendant on JS frameworks, and I wont be surprised, if
majority wouldn't know majority of standard JS API, since using frameworks
is almost a must, and helper methods saves lots of developing time, even if
it costs some performance.

I'm writing a draft/plan with possible more specific actions. The discussion
about PMS is intended to help sorting things up  ;)

We should promote KDE and Linux (should we be pro KDE? :) ). If gnome would
like to run promo campaign, they also should promote Linux and Gnome. Linux
still has a (like it or not) small market and there is no need even think of
start fighting each other. Only when Windows drops below 60% we can start
promoting in the context which one is the better.

About sprints.
It would be great to go there. Funding was mentioned. What costs does it
cover? Is there any technical docs online about participating in sprints?
