Sounds like a good plan.

I've just added a couple of more concrete tasks to the topics Desktop
Summit and Join the Game.
In addition, I attended the press training for community projects at
the LF Collaboration Summit [1]. Unfortunately, I don't have the
slides, but I took a couple of notes and could give a brief summary of
the workshop.
