Phonon is kdesupport and no longer maintained in Qt (it was always maintained in our repo 
anyway).
As kdesupport, it is as much SC as Oxygen icons. Considering we once featured the WebKit 
KPart, which isn't even kdesupport but Extragear, we should mention it.

According to recent posts on the Active mailing list the first release will be built on 
top of 4.7 code. However there was no word about when it'll be released which makes me 
believe that it's not around the corner but focusing on 4.7 as base for a release suggests 
that it'll be done before the release of 4.8 -- hence later _this_ year.
It could be written as 4.7 contains work that paves the way for future Active releases but 
that's about it.
